My workout for today was pretty simple while I’m still getting adjusted to the altitude in Colorado Springs. I went on a 45 minute ride plus around a BMX track twice on my mountain bike. The temperature was a little colder and windier than yesterday which made the ride a little harder. I will probably keep my workouts a little easier for the rest of the week while I start my strength training workouts again.
