Workout 22-TRX Training

I’m trying to get back into better workouts and keep at them.  Today was a good start.  Warmed-up with band walks, then moved into double kettlebell front squats, suspended crunches, kneeling triceps extensions and one arm bicep curls.  The work out took about 30 minutes without taking much break in between sets.


Workout 22

Band Walks-2 sets with heavy resistance band

Front Squats- 3 sets of 8 repetitions with 35 and 26lb KB

Suspended Crunches- 2 sets of 25 repetitions

Kneeling Triceps Extension- 3 sets of 15 repetitions

1 Arm Bicep Curls- 2 sets of 8 repetitions

Think of your exercise goals on a weekly basis.

-By allowing you to think on a weekly basis you can give yourself a day off when needed as long as you can make it up and you won’t get stressed out if you miss a workout.
