Workout 31 was pretty good. I only used the IsoCoreX for 30 minutes. Once again no structured workout but instead of just thinking about new exercises I can perform. I did come up while a couple new exercises that works great. The only down side is that you cannot perform lower body exercises unless I can come up with something that will work. For upper body I’m getting a different workout in than I typically would.

- Losing weight should always include some foods that you love to eat. You must know your limits and know that you can make up for those extra calories at another time by either exercising or eating less.
