There are three difficulty levels to choose from:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advanced
Listed below are examples of exercises used in each difficulty level. Please read to see which difficulty level is for you and your current fitness level.
All of our workouts and programs are designed for both men and women. The only real difference between training programs is the amount of resistance used.

Beginner
Our beginner programs include:
If you are just starting out or haven’t exercised for an extended period of time you should start with one of our beginner programs. If you feel that these exercises are easy you can always increase the amount of resistance you’re currently using.
Intermediate
Our intermediate programs include:
If you’re currently exercising and are ready for more of a challenge you should start with one of our intermediate programs. If you feel that these exercises are easy you can always increase the amount of resistance you’re currently using.
Advanced
Our advanced programs include:
If you’ve already performed our intermediate programs and our ready for more of a challenge then move into one of our advanced programs. If you feel that these exercises are still too easy you can always increase the amount of resistance you’re currently using.
